2. Using God's word to enrich the poor and the needy. 3. Putting the Lord's words into action. South Africa & neighbouring countriesThe work has been going on for many years. We serve our community through the following ways
1. Partnerships with Churches in our area.
2. Partnership with businesses and regular donors. 3. Through giving young black people assistance with education. 4. Through community development. Help the poor people. Helping HIV & AIDS sufferers. Having ABET classes for adults when the need arise. 5. These poor blacks have benefited from MWAGV in many ways. We hope to continue this work . 6. Helping the abused children centre regularly. IndiaThe first seed to be planted on South African soil as a Christian was " Coolie No.1 - Devarum " many South african Indians dont appreciate their forefathers for what they have done for us. God took these people out of the land of idolitry ; poverty and sin and brought them to South Africa. We are the offsprings and we must sow back into our Jerusalem " INDIA ". Our people need our help desperately as far as the Gospel is concerned. Now Brothers and Sisters, from Sa and around the world, YOU have a chance once more to obey God's commandment and take up your cross and fulfill HIS word... The first Missions With A Global Vision team from South Africa entered India in 2003. 4 years later, MWAGV has now become an international fellowship of dedicated Christians around the world committed to sharing the love of Jesus through word and deed in partnership with the Indian Church. MWAGV Intl is one of the largest interdenominational networks in the world.The work is done in the following ways...
1. Through partnership with GCM Ministries. MWAGV partners with every churches from every part of the world.
Over a span of 4 years, hundreds of Indian men and women have received training through GCM India & MWAGV. Today they can be found in all walks of life. Many have returned to secular employment, while over 20% are in full-time Christian ministry.
2 . Through Training young Indian people join GCM. They learn through "hands-on" experience, including various kinds of field work.. They also learn through Bible teaching in regular study seminars, personal and group study, and prayer. 3 . Through Community Development, help the poorest of the poor. In partnership with local Indian churches, Indian Christian groups and Indian aid agencies, MWAGV India provides health care, primary education for children, literacy classes for adults. What does " MWAGV " mean to you ?To many it means
1. Relief from hunger
2. Easing of pain 3. Having fresh water 4. Learning good moral values 5. Learning to read & write What could " MWAGV " mean to you ?
